I’ve attached a video that shows how you can manage the feature area on the homepage of the mobile site as well as the feature area on the receipt page. If you don’t set up a feature area on the homepage it will display a slideshow of your featured products. You can do multiple slides, but our suggestion is to keep it simple since it’s mobile… maybe 2 slides tops.
On the receipt page you can put a feature area… a great way to use it is to push the next holiday, refer a friend or the mobile app if you have it. Since you know they use mobile it’s a great opportunity to introduce them to the mobile app for added convenience to the user. Those people who placed orders via the mobile website are certainly good candidates for the mobile app.
We also added a feedback survey to the mobile receipt page. If users fill it out you will find a “F” beside the “M” on the order screen in your admin. If you click on the order you can read their comments. We will add a report in the near future that allows you to view all the results without going into the order.
