We’ve added a Tax Free ID to the Registered Members section in your admin. If you enter anything into this field for a member they will no longer be charged Tax during checkout (for the new checkout system) when they are logged in.

We have also tweaked the way the new checkout calculates the tax slightly. We are now calculating tax on each part of the order separately and then combining those to get a total tax amount, rather than calculating tax once from the subtotal. This should resolve the issue that some of you were encountering with the tax being off by 1 cent on certain orders.
